30-DAY MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY

Your Satisfaction is our Number One Goal.

Pixels2Show wants to deliver joy to your home, so our sincere goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that achieves outmost customer satisfaction.

General Return Policy

Pixels2Show MegaTree product sales are final and non-refundable.

Additional items that can’t be returned, include:

  • Clearance items
  • Customized items
  • Pixels2Show Light Show Sequences
  • Offline purchase (items or parts unlisted on our website)
  • Additional items marked “Non-Refundable” on the product page

Defective Product Exchange

The only Items that qualify for an exchange are items that arrives faulty or malfunction upon receipt (dead on arrival) or are still covered under the 2 Year Limited Warranty.

We recommend to check the items within 48 hours of receipt and report to our customer service as soon as possible. Please be sure to include the copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the defective item(s), provide photographs or video evidence clearly showing the problem. Our technical support staff will do everything possible to help you resolve any issues before authorizing a product exchange.

Supplement Terms

1.Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in route

In order to assist you efficiently, we ask that you report to us the receipt of a damaged product within 24 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item or its packaging so that shipping insurance claims can be filed appropriately.

2.Undeliverable and Refused Package

The customer is responsible for ensuring that carriers are able to deliver ordered products. Special delivery instructions must be accompanied in the order form. Pixels2Show will not be responsible for items stolen upon successful delivery or refused packages.

Product Exchange Process

Step 1 - Before a product is authorized for exchange, the customer must contact Pixels2Show so that we can provide reasonable technical support to solve the problem before an exchange is authorized.

Step 2 - Pixels2Show will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) authorization number with exchange instructions.

Step 3 - Ship product back

Once your RMA has been approved, please ship us the product within 15 days by following our instructions.

Step 4 – Product Exchange

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange. All exchanged items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, no pieces missing and with original tags and packaging. Depending on the reason for the exchange of your item, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost on exchanged items. All MegaTree product exchanges are subject to a 2-3 week exchange based on product stock availability. Additionally, if Pixels2Show is able to fix the product and re-certify it as fully functional, the recertified product will qualify as an exchanged product.

Step 5 - Pixels2Show will provide you shipping tracking numbers of exchanged merchandise.

 

Please note: Any items returned without authorization will be rejected on delivery by our returns centre.
